Many thanks for your input. I guess we just wanted to make
him happy. I somehow hoped he would appreciate that at some point.
Raid0 was written on the products page. We didn't even advertise RAID10 on USA Nodes(although we had it) so I didn't even know he thought he would have his data in case of HDD failure in the first place.

We surely did more than enough for him. 33 tickets were logged in our support area, there was even more in my personal gtalk where he was requesting a priority support and asking me to wait for his late payments - I did wait weeks for him, countless times.
