Yes, it's wordpress based. To run an autoblog (at all kinds) your hosting must support for ioncube/cronjobs. Almost hosting provider has added it into hosting features of their company.

Most hosts will have it enable to run IonCube scripts if they don't they can set it up, does not cost anything...and if they have cpanel they make it easy to enable.
