I'm just amazed how people who know nothing about this simplify it.
If you are breaking law of the country where you currently live and are traceable, you're not safe. That's it.

lol.. I own a warez site, my host is in USA and Im from India (New Delhi) too
I get daily traffic of 2k atleast and it's all going fine. Received 1 DMCA complaint till now and content was removed too. Good thing is my host accepts warez and i'll get notified in advance when to shift to a new host without any trouble
@pics_villa - Somedays back there was such report in the incident too..
