Ways of Getting Funding For A Site

Well, I am planning to restart a site of mine and begin a self supported network of sites. I am in need of some hosting for about 2-3 Domains, and nothing else. I was wondering what a good place to get funding for this would be? I have such a tight budget in college now that it would be difficult for me to start a project like this. I can even exchange web design for this.

You can get hosting for like $1.99 per month or less . .
If you can't afford the $6, then damn, you shouldnt be running a site.

Have you ever even tried $1.99 hosting? It really sucks, and since you dont have that much expirience with hosting companies (my guess from your comment), then maybe you should go buy some offshore hosting for $1.99 and see how it treats you

My other site cost about 50-100 dollars a month to operate and I supported bill every month.
