I would like to know what should I know before running a shared webhosting business? Except cPanel, WHM and billing system.

Knowing linux command is a must?

Shared hosts which are promoting their business here are more than welcomed to say their opinion here. If you are a linux expert is perfect, but I am talking about basic.

yap some basic command is must to sort out common problems

And what would be those common problems? Can you enumerate some of them?

Basic commands like moving and copying files,creating and extracting archives like tar.gz,bz2 and mysql commands.

lol, but that more than basic commands. mv, cp, tar etc.

I am php developer and php+mysql is not a new thing for me at all.

Also I know how to make a basic secured server(firewall, apache & php tweaks, installing 3rd party modules - suhosin, eaccelerator, zend and some other).
