How much is this domain worth?

I need some advice regarding this situation, I bought this domain yesterday from Namecheap for 1$ and the highest offer I got right now is 50$. Should I take it or not? I don't really have any plan atm to start an Image hosting site or something like that so I doubt I'm gonna use this domain name. What do you think? Should I get the 50$ and run? or wait til I get a better offer? I'm afraid that the guy might change his mind soon lol

domain is always worth as much as someone can pay for it. But in normal case this isn't worth so much. Maybe .com is attractive but .net can cost about $50 like leonight said.
