Anyone know if these 2 guys pay? I've tried searching but have found no official thread for billion and also no news if they are a scam or not.

They both work like mediafire and I intend to use them for a fair bit of my websites

Been paid by billion's once, gonna see if they pay next week as well.

Another paying PPD host is aa.vg although for some reason they paid me a little less than I should have got.

Haven't bothered with neoxfiles yet though

akhilesh is the owner of neoxfiles,I dont think he is serious abt his FH!
service seems to be good,but lots of bug in upload & download.
reported once,till now no reply from their end

Yeah they have a crappy upload service, but at least they pay.

very very very low rates
billionuploads 1530 hits only 0.20$

Low rates = better than no rates

I can still make about $10-15 off them daily as a mirror for some of my files.
