Not a bad forum, i think the banner needs a bit more.

I think your downloads should be under one category instead of like you have it, presents them more i think.

Apart from that looks good mate.

Pretty slow to load. Terrible domain. Get rid of co cc and buy a .com. It will be the best think you ever did. Banner need's work, The cosa nastra design image in the footer is way too big. Most skin copyright is just a small text link in the footer. Get rid of the intro page with the DCMA crap and just go straight to the forum. Get a custom favicon and icon images. Change the username from admin to kooldude or something else. admin looks too much like default. Your categories are all messed up. Software, Games, Tips and Tricks, and E-Books are all in the Techno Category. Get rid of the whole Guest category with the login, register and request new password as it's not needed and their's far nicer buttons in the header to click on. If you want their is a advert banner announcement mod that tell's people to register for more. Get a guest Download section or else open up the forum to guests as I can't see a single post so I've no reason to think it's worth registering. Your not warez-bb you know. In fact you've all the permissions opposite. I can see the general sections but not the downloads. You'll also need this to submit to DDL sites such as katz to have any change of getting some traffic. Put some thought into it and write a proper welcome announcement that's inviting rather than just a random image you found. So ya... need's some work but best of luck with it.
