the question is did anyone made a refund? so i can test then make i refund if i didn't like it i'm afraid cause some companies don't make the refund

Some host dont refund if reason doesnt please them, so its like no reason is enough to get refund from some hosts i dont want to mention. Just wanted to say this...

Just search around and you will find a lot reasons to stay away from them... I still have their shared hosting package but not using it for anything. To much downtimes and shit for me

I accidentally forgot to cancel the subscription on PayPal with them when I closed my hosting package with them. They said it was my fault and did not want to refund it. It was like pulling teeth to get a few dollars back. I had to open a PayPal dispute because they refused....

I had an account with them, but was totally dissatisfied.

First, they told me that I won't get a refund because I didn't keep myself to the Terms (Their terms are different than what the sales persons said).

Although the Terms state that you can't get a refund if you lodge a complaint with Paypal, I did and reported this on KWWHunction.

Then they refunded my money ... the whole US$7.95.

Regarding support I can vouch for Sandino. They have some problems today, but I am sure that will be solved soon.
