The server where you are located bans you for X minutes, contact the support there and ask them to put your ip into 'secure' ip's. I had that problem with my sites.

Right, so i'm editing settings then hitting save via ACP, or deleting afew things via FTP then boom all of a sudden it goes dead, and somehow 99.9% of the time it blocks my IP :/ I'm not doing anything suspect or using anything dodgy, just normal login and CuteFTP.
