Permalink Structure For Dupe Post Title

Hi

I got a problem with my permalink structure ....
Whenever 2 or more people post on my using exact same title ....some numbers like -1, -2, -3 are added to the end of my post ....

For Example
My Permalink Structure :- %post_id%-%postname%

If i created a post with title 'KWWH Rocks'
Link will be xxx.com/1-KWWH-rocks

Second time i create another post, same post title but different post content
Link will be xxx.com/3-KWWH-rocks-2

Now i dont want that -2 in the end as i have already used post_id to get a unique link

How to solve this ??

and why you post the same title? you are doing duplicated content, and its bad for SEO

you can edit the permalink when creating posts.

Well The only the Post Title Is Same ...
But The Post Content is Different .....
Permalink will still add the number after edit ....
