I think this filehost has potential. we'll see...another thing I believe you need to lower down payout request as you are new filehost. gain trust first from uploaders then you can raise payout limit later.

the higher payout limit depends on the way we offer the payouts.

if a user wants a ukash ticket we could offer this too. but those tickets have amounts of 25 50 or 100

we could lower the payouts, no problem. this is only because of the vouchers

we have no problem with 10 or 20 for payout

$20 payout for a start should be acceptable. I believe most of them will request to paypal/payza/webmoney anyway.

I think you need to change your theme, it looks very amateur.
