plentyofebooks.netWeb Hosting Noob Need Help!!!
Hello Guys,
I am looking for a web host for my eBooks blog (warez category) which is on Blogger right now. Now the problem is I really don't know anything about web hosting technical stuff. I read the forums and other threads which helped somewhat.
What I want to actually know is listed below:
1. Which hosting to choose? Had a look at wrzhost.com but can't find any recent discussions.
2. Should I host in Russia or is there any better country to host.
3. Is there any way to transfer the same current blog on blogger to the web hosting I purchase in future other than the wordpress method.
4. Does every hosting comes with fantastico or wordpress? Extra charges??
I know some questions feel embarrassing to answer, but I really don't know anything about web hosting terminology. Its just like I am reading a book of Law.
Obviously I do want a trusted hosting which my type of blog.
I would be very very thankful if some one legit come to rescue me with this stuff.samsexy98 Reviewed by samsexy98 on . Web Hosting Noob Need Help!!! 1 - Depends on the traffic of your site.
2 - Hosting anywhere is fine as long as you comply with the DMCA and the provider does not object to it.
3 - Its possible.
4 - Even if the host does not come with fantastico, you can easily install wordpress. Its very easy, trust me.Follow besthostingforums on FB

Shared hosting should be fine for you. Yes, russia is safe (not completely).
Check out google for how to transfer from blogger to self-hosted wordpress site.Follow besthostingforums on FB

plentyofebooks.netOk. One thing got clear that I need Shared hosting with a server in Russia. Obviously no country is 100% safe
So any recommendation on which hosting you suggest?
I read and know how to transfer blogger to wordpress but I wanted to know how to host my site on different server and keeping the blogger platform intact. Now the question here comes in my mind is that if it is possible then will blogger be able to delete my blog due to warez or I would be free from blogger rules?
If its not possible and I switch to wordpress then, does wordpress have the rights to delete my blog content due to warez??There are only two kinds of people in the world.

Russia will not be as safe as it used to be. Specially after the WTO sign up.
You can look at other European nations such as the Netherlands, however DMCA is not usually ignored but forwarded to the customer.

plentyofebooks.netDon't know about Sweden but I did heard of Netherlands. KnowSRV provides Netherlands but I don't know if they allow warez linking.
Just saw the demo of Softaculous, looks good.
Ok, so when they are forwarded to the customer, i.e., me then I need to remove the content right? But I saw some hostings like HiloHost ignore DMCA.
I store eBooks on external file hosting sites like rapidshare and which is I think called as warez linking and not warez hosting.
And what is that VPS now. Rox above made my mind clear to have a Shared Hosting. I looked in the Shared Hosting section of KWWH and I confused between 3hosts.
1. KnowSRV (Looks to provide more features)
2. HiloHost (Looks to be trusted as it is owned by a Super Mod here)
3. XSLTel (Don't know about this but was recommended by many)
I am especially confused between the first two and also I don't know which plan would be enough for my blog which is have approx 1 lakh pageviews in a month and around 1000k unique visitors daily. There are only two kinds of people in the world.

If they ignore, then that should be good. But when things may get serious, you shouldn't ignore
