Hello Guys,

I am looking for a web host for my eBooks blog (warez category) which is on Blogger right now. Now the problem is I really don't know anything about web hosting technical stuff. I read the forums and other threads which helped somewhat.

What I want to actually know is listed below:

1. Which hosting to choose? Had a look at wrzhost.com but can't find any recent discussions.
2. Should I host in Russia or is there any better country to host.
3. Is there any way to transfer the same current blog on blogger to the web hosting I purchase in future other than the wordpress method.
4. Does every hosting comes with fantastico or wordpress? Extra charges??

I know some questions feel embarrassing to answer , but I really don't know anything about web hosting terminology. Its just like I am reading a book of Law.

Obviously I do want a trusted hosting which my type of blog.
I would be very very thankful if some one legit come to rescue me with this stuff.
