help ! how to redirect external links in wordpress

Hello friends i m new to Worpress , just started using it . So i have got a lil' problem . I have mediafire links present on my posts and i want wordpress urls that will redirect to these mediafire links Ex. of a site using it -
"http://animestash.info/downloads/go/103254" this is the link present on a page "http://animestash.info/anime/show/4053" of animestash website but it redirects to "http://jumbofiles.com/caopz0npbiji/MedaBox%20-%2006.mkv.html" url .
Please explain it to clearly me how to do like this .

use hyperlink method or during posting article use HTML editor, and insert manually your links as i mentioned in following Bold words!

<a href="INSERT YOUR FORWARDING LINK HERE" target="_blank">INSERT PRESENTING LINK</a>
