2 days ago i asked to do all my files for premium only, you did it. Today i see that some files, 30-40% from all files, free to download. Can you fix it?
I need that all my current files available for premium only and all files that I'll upload in feature too.

I just set up Premium Only on My Files. You need select which file you want pre It not for all.

I purchased a 180day account on the 18th of October so i got a week out it, I beleive i have been rather patient i just want to know something is happening, but alas no response at all.

Can you either respond to me or give a refund?
