If I upload through web upload which location will be used, EU or US?

We developing web upload base on IP location.
If EU IP -> move file to EU Server
Also -> move to CA Server

HI Lumfie , are you send rdp for new uploaders if I send you screenshot from other filehost. Bcaus with current rdp my upload speed is very very low (NL -Awesomerdp) .

this screenshot i just take it now
its 150mbps speed from ftp
And i am satisfied with this speed
No other filehost offer this speed
