What is main function of any file server? For everybody here - money. Good!
But if you have not your files 24/7/365 you have 0$
Main function is secure file store 24/7/365.

If i loose one file or folder it's nothing. If I loose some terabytes data it's nothing.
Now all logins, all files and all all money as result loosen!

Many services working, pay, no problem, unlimited storage and profit is good.

I have backup, reupload no problem! You can work, but I decide what the host will get my files, may be it will be lumfile.
