I know you're busy, but at least you can share the job to other staff. You need to sort old affiliates that still want work with you. Like i said in my PM, i don't care with money in my old account. If later after you fix all problems that money can send to me fine, if not...NP.

Just make my new ID premium with reasonable duration and make sure affiliate plan is active, that's all i want for now. All files gone, and no use for me to talk about that again, now time for work again.

I have sent in a ticket in your support page but it doesn't give me a ticket number. I cannot track the activity.

I have bought your premium account on 22nd Oct 2012 at 1:27pm (GMT+8) just hours before your server went offline. I wanted to download certain files hosted on your server. Unless you can get those files (that I wanted to download) back and reinstate my premium account, I request for a full refund of USD12.99.
