Yes, that is our problem and we trying fix it. Any filehost will have problem, but how they can keep and grow again, we have the bonus for aff continue interested to lumfile. We do not bonus for aff leave. I hope you can understand it.

I've setup my account 3weeks ago, i have yet to receive any password or id. Even the forgotten password is not working. I did not register any account before getting the premium.
