Good hosting needed for filehost

I am planning to start my own filehost in the next few days and I want to know which companies is the best for the task.
Waiting for some serious suggestions.

You will need to make a good investment.
If you are going to ban illegal files, you can start with Leaseweb, OVH, are two companies with good route.
In the future you should buy the servers and make Colocation :-)

Don't go with OVH, they can make you cry with tons of downtime.

Have at least $10,000 to start with to cover up for everything. You can get servers for cheap if you buy in a big number and about DCs, try out Leasweb and SmartDC. Both of them have a good network.
