A dedi with 4 cores? That would cost him at least $60+ and what if it doesn't work? Most dedi companies won't refund him just because the streaming lags. There goes $60+. I have 8 cores CPU dedi as I said and it's still lag even the server is reasonably close to me (6 hours drive).

So here are your options (1) If you're located in North America, or better if in the US, try one of the dedis from volumedrive. (2) If you're located in the Europe, for sure, you should have a good ping from OVH's dedis. So try one of their cheap kimsufis. Or (3) if you can find a good, close friend who hosts RDP, ask him for a favour to test first with that app .

However, capturing softwares are heavy when they're ran on the server or any PC. It uses a high portion of the CPU to capture the moving images. So it's possible the RDP sellers will seek trouble with you.
