i started to upload and speed is good and pretty much stable. i think it's worth a try

See the news section, they have trouble paying August earnings and can't tell when they are going to be made...

They have had many problems lately, with downloads not counting, issues with site loading for many countries, I don't think it will get any better, so I suggest you to look for another filehost.
