folder links dont work ! alway get error:

since all my links are shared through folders, noone can download them


edit: tried 5 browsers, 10 different folders, result was the same

I made a new folder yesterday and then some how the root folder got moved into it
now when I upload new files they are put in a sub folder

is there anyway to fix this ?
im tempted to just rename the folders but that may further mess things up
