is it true what some ppl have said about RG change their plans to pps? for exemple if they have 3000 dls but few sales they change the plan coz dont want to pay that much ?

They are realy scammers, I cannot change my tarrif ppd to pps for low amount of ppd earning. whenever I change to tarriff to change tariff plan min 10 bucks. I have 5 sales, but no added on my account? what a shame?
