Classic and Light have the same limits, the only difference is that classic is a program and with light you are working in a browser.
In keeper mini you have small limits

yes but i have more then 2k $ in my balance, i wait for Payza but i don`t believe they will added soon so that`s why i have to request in WM and i have to be sure i have right account because many people complain they not receive money

@vAiLan:- get yourself a keeper light. You will be happy to use it. I was having problem getting a keeper classic so one of my mate here helped in private to get a keeper classic and now i am happy using it and yes as dstepanov said there is no limit on both light and classic account. You can send and receive with no limit.
