Few days ago I asked:

We changed our terms.
Users have to register for downloadings.

So it looks like they aren't going to budge on the register before download. Might as well take the PPD plan away since it's pretty much worthless if they are going to continue with this register before download.

No need to freak out yet. This isn't the first time RG has been late with their payments. If they wanted to cheat, they would have already closed the affiliate program now and run away with everybody's money instead of announcing earlier that they will pay on a Friday.
