Also, do you possibly have a read-only button on your USB drive, somewhere? Usually, its very small, and somewhere on the side.
You should also check BIOS, maybe it's setup to read only mode... ??

I'll give that a try.
I've tried a bunch of partition managers, none seem to work.
From Norton to unbranded ones.

It definitely wouldn't be my BIOS settings, as I've tried it on different computers.
I've also looked for a Read-Only toggle or button on it, but there isn't any. o:
