Default Need Help With An Error!! :(

Whenever a I or any of my users try to log onto my website, ACP (me only for this), send a private message, and pretty much everything else, I always get this error:

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /{filename}.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Its starting to get annoying, I tried CHMODing all my files and folders to 777 and then tried, but still the same error. I backed up my .htaccess and then cleared it, still the same error.
    How can I fix this?

I think its a .htaccess problem. Do you have a .htaccess file in the admin folder? If so try removing it and trying.

its a .htaccess issue check to see if there is one in the root folder also the public_html folder somtimes there are 2

also try using a proxy to see if it will let you in there

okay, i got it working, by searching the error in the vbulletin official forums. turns out that the problem was cause my mod_security, and I just had to add something into my .htaccess file in my root directory.
