I think its a .htaccess problem. Do you have a .htaccess file in the admin folder? If so try removing it and trying.

Need Help With An Error!! :( Whenever a I or any of my users try to log onto my website, ACP (me only for this), send a private message, and pretty much everything else, I always get this error: Its starting to get annoying, I tried CHMODing all my files and folders to 777 and then tried, but still the same error.
