Thats exactly what the mod does

As the topic page is being generated for the user, the mod will edit all the outbound links so that they goto the redirect page (that you set in the settings). The original post remains untouched.

Try to get anonym.to clone script, install it on your site then edit the code from the real anonym.to to get info from your site.. you will figure it out. But this way, your site will be shown as refer on other sites.

It is the one, I used to use it. I still use it in fact (but not for redirecting). Good luck finding another one.
