What rank would apply for retired staff on your site/forums
I wasn't sure if this was the correct section to discuss this, (if not , then mods please move to appropriate section)
Anyways,
So let's say you own a downloads-blog (not really warez) & a forum sub-domain too.
You've worked with the same team for 5 years , let's call the staff "Editors" and their forum group is "Editors" (which also allows them staff access to private boards on the forum)
Some weeks ago, 3 members decide to stop posting content on your site (because of university, jobs , or just don't have time.)
Because their rank is "Editor" and obviously they are not anymore, so I want to change their group/rank & at the same time show gratitude for their work.
Let's face one-man sites will never rise well without help of additional people on hand, especially when they've helped you for 5 yrs & free!
Anyways, what are your thoughts ? Would like to know how you guys deal with that on your own sites/forums.

Banned (because people take the ranking system way to far)
We are always running for the thrill of it, thrill of it
Always pushing up the hill searching for the thrill of it
On and on and on we are calling out and out again
Never looking down, I'm just in awe of what's in front of me
