Alibaba didnt work

As of this morning even their site is not working, and i can not ask for help.

So what's to do?

Ive heard bad things about Alibaba.

My advice is to wait for their site to hopefully come back, backup your site and move to a new host

you paid a month in advanced? I've done that before....I'd just forget the money and just move to a new host. Hopefully they have not lost your data.

I hope they not lost any data, because it would be a big problem, allso i pay for ''daily backup'' ...
Now I am looking for an affordable and safe offshore hosting...

They look rather weird, I mean their domain name.

I have heard nothing good about them on other forums either. Good luck in your move. If they come online i would grab my backup as quickly as possible and look for a different host.

Wick idk if alibaba is up but Alibaba's datacenter is Ecatel
and ecatel was having issues which is why alibaba was having issues
