The applicant must be well versed with the script and be able to make custom mods and changes to the script.

@papa_face, If you use XFS then stay with XFS support and Mods. Most of their functions are encoded.

@JmZ, nothing is changed. Every things in Computers still depends on 0's and 1's

Many, many, many things have changed. The introduction of better languages for web applications, the creation of fastcgi (which they charge extortionate prices for), essentially the improvement of efficiency.

They're living in the past.
