As far as I know and heard from many others, their support is excellent and very fast, did you try to find out if they even got your email, I would say try contacting again and check if they have even received your email.

The reason why i believe google adsense beats most advertising network is converage.Adsense pays for all countries and is one of the most trusted companies ever
