Default Getting rss feed from sites that has no rss bulit-in, is it possiable?

Is there ANY way to get feed from sites that has no rss feed bulit-in or they do not offer rss feed voluntarily.

For example, I was thinking to write a scraper that will crawl their website and convert their pages into a feed, but I am not sure if this is possible at all?

    Any idea about this ?
