What do you do when you are sad?

Today is the saddest Day of my live . . . . .
Every thing I stood for ended . . . . . My own friends betrayed me and kicked me out of the cause I stood for .
My work setup just crashed .
Had an accident 6 months ago spent my all savings there .
The one I loved . . . . she dosnt even know and she is with someone else .
In simple word I am out of luck and Now i am running on bad luck.
I wanted to share this with KWWH . And wanted to know what you do when you are sad .
And what should I do to lesser my sadness. . . . ?
