Q. What is BudgetVDS Refund Policy.
A. All services have a 15 days refund policy.

Q. Why can't I send mail off port 25

A. We've port 25 blocked to keep spammers off our network and order to get this port unblocked you'll need to fill out a Port unblock Justification form of why you're needing this port 25 to be opened. Please note if you're caught spamming off our network your port 25 will be blocked you'll me subject to termination of your services and no refunds.

Q. is BudgetVDS Resellers ?

A. No we're not resellers we lease are very own server from Hugeserver Network LLC, which is a registered business they own there own hardware.

Q. What is the DC / Location.
A. All our servers are with Equinix's but just various locations from LA, New York and, Germany soon.

Equal bandwidth means you're sharing for an example 10TB of bandwidth with each user that's placed on the node.

Yes the vps server are unmetered howevery we do have a system in place that watch for excessive bandwidth users.

Emergency Updates

Dear BudgetVDS Clients,

Currently yesterday our server was moved over to SmartDC, by our current Datacenter provider however after the server migration was completed, Our server didn't come back online due to a network routing issues with the new DC so we're currently awaiting updates from them. We're asking all users / new clients to please be patience at this current time as this issue is out of our hands at this moment has there is nothing for us to do but wait an be patience has there were several other clients whom host at our current DC provider affected by this issue not just us. We ask all clients whom are awaiting for pending orders to be setup on the NL node please don't submit tickets about the delay of your account setup has there is no way for us to setup accounts at this moment until the server is back online.

Updates: Our DC is currently looking into the issue why our network isn't working correctly on our node we should've an update shortly.

Our NL node is now finally back online we've being to process orders for any pending accounts they're awaiting to be setup on the Netherlands node.
