I have been using Netload.in which was fair comparing to other hosts (though i don't know there could be better file hosts that i might not be aware of). I would appreciate if someone could shower your suggestions about choosing the right PPS FileHost which has the following.

1. RU from RS - filehost.
2. Payment Mode - Paypal
