Im just saying what's on my mind fellaz, UltimA been distant with me so I assumed the worst (assumed identity, etc). It's like predicting the weather, can't always be right .

I do say this though - just because the .net is online don't mean shit lol. It aint hard to put up a backup.

Our servers weren't seized. I have full SSH access to both as we speak.

Our domain was with 1&1, (which I regret), and due to a dispute with them unrelated to WS (some beat ass hosting package to keep domains alive), our account was locked and all domains on the said account forwarded to a 404 page at 1&1. This happened last Friday. Had to wait until Monday to get in contact with anyone there.. and the process begun. Got a reply on Tuesday, and this morning (Wednesday) they've done what's needed on their parts.. got the auth codes.. and are ready to transfer.

Should take 24-48 hours until we're fully back online for everyone.

The only illegal content was the Marketplace, this is moved to its own separate domain, own registrar, and own servers. Will face stricter rules, etc. This will ensure any issues pertaining to the Marketplace, will stay on the Marketplace only, and not on the main site.

WarezScene.net was placed online to help myself move content and such to the new Marketplace, and wasn't going to be promoted.. or even used temporarily.

You're an idiot for thinking that the F.B.I. wouldn't fucking squash your entire online life in a matter of an hour - down to all of your email accounts, let alone backup servers..

That was the dumbest thing I have ever heard, when you deal with the FBI your dealing with some seriously intelligent people above and beyond the norm, and there's 10 brains on a case doing what in most cases is only 1 brain (yours, mine, whoevers) working to prevent our own fate.

I merely speculated and said what was on my mind because that Market Place was highly illegal, the domain was on 1and1 (risky), and for some other reasons related to UltimA that I aint gunna say in public.

I know my shit - and if what ultima is saying is indeed true - it's more like a blessing that the domain was locked and this happened because who knows what would have happened.

Ultimately the domain WAS locked because of some serious fucking pressure though I'll tell you that. And if you don't think that the eyes are all on this shit, your very wrong, and you are the "fucken idiot".
