yes brother i also contact with lumfile and lumfile told me that USA rdp is good for more information u can contact lumfile he will better guide u which loction is best for uploading

where ever you end up going with make sure you understand their limitations to avoid problems in the future,
most file share servers will limit your bandwidth specially if they have limited resources.

the servers of lumfile are crap and also of sharpfile .. .. no matter whatever you do where you go you will get rubbish speed
