Want A GFX designer ( Header , Footer , and Imgs for signatures )

I want a good GFX designer to make

1- A new Header that must be better than the one I have ,

2- And a Flash FOOter , better than the One I have .

3- And I want Images that my staff members can add them in their signatures as he is resposible of that section or Rank , for example a signature for the appz section , Business section , Medical section , and an image in the signature too as a default image for the site showing the user Rank ( uploader , moderator , Admin and other ranks ) .

4- Make or find some small pics for each section + add them beside the section name in the main forum( Must be related to the forum ) as this one show in my forum :




I will review each image alone and decide yes or no , before paying a cent , and If I like it , I will pay for it and move to the next one .
