Although they use Icecast I'd advise you to get some shoutcast hosting. It basically allows you to store mp3, DJ live, all the stuff you'd expect. I'm sure their's some offers in the hosting area. You just gotta decide on how many poeple you think will be using it and what quality of bitrate you want. Most go for 128kbps I think. If your site's not that busy then just get 15 or so listeners. If it's busier you'll want more but that usually means more money. You could ask for a free trial for an hour to play around with it and see how they work but their pretty easy to use.

EDIT: get one with auto DJ. That means when someone's not DJing live it play's songs from it's database and when a live DJ starts it fades to the live DJ. When the DJ is finished it fades back to playing the songs on the database. You can set all sorta options on the way it shuffles stuff as well.
