You can't do anything about that. Google evaluates if your site has a structure and it's worthwhile to list it like that.

Important pages/categories will go in there, but there isn't much you can do about it.

You can create sitemap and give higher value to some pages to guideline Google though.

well i guess if you have a database and you create sections for your menu and give it a seo name that helps in listing that way - nit create a sitemap and read up on SEO using sitemaps. Helpful information available.

The process of structered results on google is automated, you cannot do anything to achieve this except to increase your SERP.

these are the links that google deem important on your website.
your website should be quality, high ranking and popular.

Although i dont know if it have any effect on serps, because these structure only appear in website name or keyword search, like "besthostingforums.com" will return a similer structure.
