Normal setup time is around 8 to 12 hours. I believe your order was just processed and you should have received an e-mail with the VPS information. Please check your mailbox.

Yes, there was a delay in answering your support ticket while the VPS was on the provisioning queue because we were still waiting for a new IP subnet to be deployed on our network segment.

D: hey there...I can't enter either my site, or the serverdome cp to open a ticket so i'm here, both of my servers are down and i can't boot them, maybe a little downtime for manteinance?

It's not just your site that is down, mine is too.

Every time I reboot the server it stay up for a short time, running very slow and then stops again
