Yes they are totally managed.We don't charge extra for management.

I thought your VPS are all unmanaged ? Thats what they said in the ticket I sent.

lol this happens , when shared hosting clients and Main site is on the same server . If any of the shared hosting clients starts phishing , if it gets reported then this page appears everywhere .

So its safe to host the Main site on separate server and Clients on different server.

Moving clients should not make the main site down.

If they are unmanaged why did he clearly state that they are Managed. Big difference between the 2, false advertising

As about the phishing alerts,we recently moved the main site to a new server and it looks like there are some reputation problems with the new IP.There is no need to worry about it.
