Hey there my site again is down and I can't boot or reboot it, I already opened a ticket:

I believe it was a short outage. Main network connection of the node went offline due to a problem with the distribution switch. Network engineers on site fixed it as soon as the outage was detected in the NOC monitoring system. Please submit a support ticket if you are still facing any connectivity issues.

Site is Up again, hope it stays that way.

Yes, we will make sure it stays that way. We'll be intensely monitoring this particular node for the next few days.

Got downtime for 2 days using.

There was a short outage on one of our node in the Amsterdam, NL location. While it was solved quickly after being detected by our monitoring systems, our technical team is taking steps to replace the malfunctioning hardware responsible for this and a maintenance may be announced in the coming days. Affected customers will be notified through e-mail / SMS. Please contact support if anyone is still having problems with their VPS.

Provider you need to address this quoted post with me in PM soon, not days either.

Provider your sales thread is notto be used as a support system. These support issues need to be handled on your site not this sales thread. As part of our hosting provider rules you are required to maintain a support area on your site and handle the support of your clients there. Your clients should not have to post ticket numbers or post sale support questions here for a response from you.

Infractions and warnings will be issued if it continues. This is the only warning in this thread.

Clients use the providers support portal, if 1 does not exists report the providers top post. If you continue to seek support in any providers sales thread you will be warned, infracted, or banned based on your points total.
