Been at it for 3 months now, im not going anywhere.

PHP5 support is being worked on at the moment by the way.

Also I am debugging functions.php and will fix that bug.

the non unserialised basic types is something like this:
var test = s4'abcd

that becomes
var test = 'abcd';

Its related to an unknown opcode usually. It usually means one of those unknown opcodes would be there, they will all be gone soon.

Today while my partner works on php5 Im working on bug fixing and opcodes.
