Sorry I should of elaborated. I wasn't talking about mail specifically, I just mean you can't offset/cluster cpanel servers. Everything is on one box, mail, sql, dns etc. In my opinion its great for shared reseller linux hosting but not for a dedicated website.

Ps is you want to manage multiple server ordering, billing and support whmcs has a load of modules.
