So, why is this thread-worthy? If you are admittedly uploading "W@rez(movie/video/tv-shows/music)" and are banned due to a large amount of legitimate DMCA complaints, your response should be "that sucks, but at least I had a good run."

this is total crap lol, that picture this guy posted was written by the previous owner, but either way i havent been scammed by them been paid every week so far. i would post proof but then again id get banned here for that.

You can just sell them on ur site - through ur site premium membership..thats all
If you really have your own material,which is not copyrighted(3rd party) & u have ur own right on it,then just sell them by a WHMCS script.(Dont post at me, "I don/t need to advise you")

I didn't post that from a moral high-ground standpoint. I'm just amused that you created this topic as if it was some big reveal. If you have a lot DMCA you may get banned, how is that different from any other filehost?

You can see that 2nd image which is posted on 2nd july 2012 on KWWHunction,its about notification of new Owner of the sharpfile,which is posted by Sharpfile current owner (ie, Sharpfile.com)

And in 1st image,you can clearly see its posted on 24th July 2012 on stopfilelockers by Sharpfile Current owner.

So how u can claim that, "About Account BAN for DMCA" is posted by the Old owner of the sharpfile? whether its originally posted by the current Sharpfile Owner.
